Art. 1. [Basic Information]

This regulation is the regulation for the provision of electronic services through the website: www.mila-scott.com (hereinafter referred to as the „Site”).

The owner and entity providing electronic services through the Site is: Bogumiła Kosowska, a business owner registered with HM Revenue & Customs in the United Kingdom under the name Bogumiła Kosowska (Mila Anna Scott), 3 Craigroyston Grove, Edinburgh, UTR 2756333751 (hereinafter referred to as the „Service Provider”).

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations.

Art. 2. [Types and Scope of Services Provided]

The Site contains basic information about the activities conducted by the Service Provider: life and business coaching, mentoring, an author’s blog on psychological topics.

Through the Site, the Service Provider provides paid and free services:

In the online store: sale of digital content in the form of author’s publications of the Service Provider; sale of temporary and renewable access to digital content of the Service Provider;
Creating a user account;
Subscription to the newsletter with commercial information (promotions, special offers);
Publishing comments;

Paid services are marked in a way that leaves no doubt that using them involves an obligation to pay.

Art. 3. [Technical Conditions for Using Services]

To use the Site properly, you should have:

A device (PC, tablet, smartphone) with an internet connection,
An internet browser,
Full legal capacity to make purchases on the Site,
An email address to make purchases on the Site or subscribe to the newsletter.

The publication of unlawful content is prohibited on the Site.

Art. 4 [Online Store]

[Placing Orders]:

Orders can only be placed after creating a user account.

Successfully placing an order requires providing data specified in the order form. The data should be true and up-to-date.

The sales contract is concluded after providing mandatory data, clicking the „Buy and Pay” option, making the payment (excluding cash on delivery), and receiving an email confirmation of the order from the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will fulfill the order after receiving your payment and confirming your order. The payment deadline is 3 days, and after this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Orders for individual publications of the Service Provider are processed promptly after the payment is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account.

The Service Provider fulfills the order by providing the purchased publication in the user account.

Access to the publication on the account may be temporarily restricted as part of subscriptions sold by the Service Provider.

[Premium Zone]:

The Service Provider offers users access to the premium zone in two options of periodic subscription: renewable and non-renewable.

The renewable subscription is available in monthly or quarterly periods. The subscription renews after the selected period, unless you cancel the subscription before its expiration.

The non-renewable subscription is available in half-yearly or yearly options.
